Reborn Handset Warranty Procedure

If your device develops an undetectable fault within your 12-month warranty period please follow the steps below:

You should contact our customer service team using the details below if a fault develops. You will be asked to send us your proof or purchase via email and we will respond with a link to our warranty portal. This must be filled out online to be generate your pre-paid postage label.

An automated email will then be sent from Mobile Reborn with a pre-paid postage link in the body of the email which will take the you to a Royal Mail portal to create a shipping label to return the phone. You must make sure the device is data wiped.

Once we receive the device at our warehouse it will be inspected and ran through diagnostics software by our technicians, if the fault has been caused by consumer induced damage there will be an admin charge of £20 and the device will not be returned until this charge is paid.

We have an Service Level Agreement of 72 hours to either repair or replace the device and then return it back to you.
