Out of Bundle is the term used by mobile phone networks to describe what happens when you exceed the allocated amount of minutes/texts and data in the bundle you subscribe to. Most networks will typically charge an excess fee for every minute you use outside your bundle such as calling 0845 numbers instead of 0345 or 0300 numbers, using full media messages instead of whatsapp or facebook messenger or exceeding your data allowance.
Tribe allow you to set your bill limit at sign up and once per month through the user portal. When you set a bill limit of £5 Tribe will do their best to keep your out of bundle charges under that amount, In some instances you may find that your limit is slightly above or below that level depending on numerous factors, for example, we do not disconnect a customer mid-call and we do not receive real time information of that call to enforce changes immediately after it.
